Chloe grew up in the Okanagan as a competitive swimmer, triathlete, and cross country skier. She completed her Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan, with a major in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Counselling Psychology. She is a firm believer that exercise is medicine and that everyone can, and should, lift weights. Growing up as an athlete and becoming a youth sports coach as a teenager, it seemed that the obvious next step was to find a career that combined a clinical approach to exercise with her passion for sport. Currently she is involved in Crossfit as both a coach and an athlete. Outside of the gym and clinic, you can usually find her adventuring in the mountains or relaxing near the water with her husband, son, and weiner dog.

Paige (She/Her) graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelors of Athletic and Exercise Therapy in 2020. Paige is a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association (CATA) and a certified First Responder. As a lifelong learner Paige continues to take continuing education courses to further her knowledge and skills so she can better help her patients. These courses include the Mulligan mobilization method, exercising with older adults, and functional movement, among other topics.

Paige likes to focus on strength training, functional movement, and mobility in her practice. As a lifelong athlete she is passionate about showing people all the things they can do with their body, and helping people get over a fear of movement. She takes a special interest in working with people with chronic pain or hypermobility. Whether you are training for your next marathon, wanting to explore weight training for the first time, or just need some help getting over a persistent injury: Paige is your girl. She loves being able to empower her patients to meet their goals and give them the tools they need to keep moving independently. Her favourite part of the job is getting to know all her amazing clients and watching them conquer their goals.

Outside of the clinic you can find Paige cuddling with her cat, working on a crochet project, or out working in the garden.
